You may meld anything you want, but cannot make any canastas until you
have 1 SET (ONLY ONE) 3 black royalty cards or 2 Black royalty cards
(J, Q or K) melded with a black 2 or a Joker, which are considered
color neutral.
For example, you may meld black J black J black J or black J black J
black 2 or black j black j joker.
All red royalty and all other black royalty (other than you used as
above) are discard only.
You may not canasta any of your royalty melds.
REMEMBER: DON'T EVER TOUCH THE PILE.
