1st hand you must have 6s in your initial meld.
2nd hand you must have 8s in your initial meld.
3rd hand you must have BOTH 6s and 8s in your initial meld.
You can meld other cards at the same time and may use wilds on your
initial meld.
4th hand starts over with 6s.
You can go out whenever you want. 
REMEMBER: DON'T EVER TOUCH THE PILE.
