You must have only 3 Nines in your first meld
with or without wilds. You may use wilds and other cards but
you cant not add to your nines ever.  ONLY 3 nines NO adding
to them at any time or it will be Automatic DQ.  6s and Queens 
are discards only.  You may canasta at anytime.  IN ORDER TO GO 
OUT, you must have a canasta in KINGS and 5s.  DO NOT TOUCH THE 
PILE.
