Ends).
You may use wilds to achieve your initial meld.
On your SECOND turn you may meld any additional cards.
No Canasta's are allowed on the initial meld.
You may Canasta on your SECOND turn.
After the initial meld of 4's and Ace's ONLY, the rest of the hand is
played as Regular NTC.
REMEMBER: DON'T EVER TOUCH THE PILE.
