In this game, each hand rotates which cards cannot be melded or
canastad. 
1st: Kings may not be melded or canastad
2nd: Kings and Queens may not be melded or canastad
3rd: Kings, Queens and Jacks may not be melded or canasta's
4th hand starts over with Kings.
You can meld anything else anytime and use wilds.
REMEMBER: DON'T EVER TOUCH THE PILE.
